Crikey Mother Its Vintage

 Our last event was Crikey Mother Its Vintage on 10th March.  Much fun was had by all and we have over 1350 attendee's!!! Thanks to all the wonderful vintage and handmade sellers, and everyone that helped to make this event a roaring success!

Devon Women's Farmers Union, attended and gave a very interesting talk on the women's land army topic as well as providing a display and an array of war memorabilia, clothes and items from 1940's, along side supporting and raising money for our chosen charity, the women's land army tribute fund.  Getting into the spirit and dressing up as WLA's

 

 

The fashion show was a great success.

   

Entertainment wise Blitz and Peaces re-enactment group treated visitors to some 1940's style singing and live music, moving from room to room, the public joined in with the singing and echos of 'who do you think, your kidding Mr Hitler' it was truly magical, the atmosphere was full of nostalgia. www.blitzandpeaces.co.uk

 

The beautiful LadyLace treated guests to a tease act, the captivated audience, watched as she delicately moved around the stage, this went down a storm with the public! www.ladylace.net

 

Mad About Swing of Plymouth travelled up and showed guests how to jive! Along with a lindy hop workshop which the public were able to attend. www.madaboutswing.co.uk

INK tattoo parlour, of Exeter celebrated their 3rd birthday with us by setting up a pop up tattoo parlour, and guests sat down to have that cheeky tattoo they had always wanted! www.inkexeter.co.uk

The Sewing Sanctuary of Lyme Regis attended, and held workshops where the public could make their own 1950's style pinny and bunting. www.ladidalymeregis.co.uk

Over 50 of the Southwest's finest Vintage and Handmade sellers showcased fabulous wares and beautifully crafted pieces.

We like to keep each fair fresh by offering diverse, new and exciting sellers to the public, along with a great mix of the old great ones.  There is always something new to see at our event.

The Exeter Vintage and Handmade Fair
